It's a secure job place.but sometime company policies are not satisfactory.work culture good but the grooming are not there.they don't celebrate any picnic or any get to gather.growth of career is too slow.

Some higher authority behaviour not so good against theie junior staff.some time some policies are not match with our work environment.but we are work there that's why we are not protest against this.day by day work pressure to much increase in that view our salary increment not that's much satisfactory.
