Nothing gud to talk about... No timely promotion from last 6 years.. No salary increment from last 7 years.. All engineering staff(managers and engineers) are working on same salary from last 7 years.. Also whole control is in one persons hands.. Day by day customer plan decreasing and job security and salary hike is just like amith now here. Management is just listening the worker's demands as they having support of labour laws.. Engineers, senior engineers, Asst Managers working here are unable to give there 100% as all are working on an average of 4-6 lac CTC. While workers having above 8 lac.
