A good work-life balance. Mostly sitting time as per comp. timing except emergency cases which come 4-5 times hardly in a month.

Dislikes

Here, Urgency is only a word. It can create pressure on you but it depends on you that how you can tackle.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Manage product design & engg. functions. Responsible for managing all functional activities. Key customer contact for design related queries. Responsible for managing all the CAD / CAE information in a structure manner & working on standardization.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
