Job security is zero, single person can throw out anyone at anytime without any reasons. If u resign, will not allow to properly relived, even they complain your next organization and causes hindrance to all your forthcoming opportunities. All Company staff managers are very good CMD and COO behaviours are also good, Company CMD is very gentleman

Few selfish employees are always misguided to CMD Sir, extra ordinary pictures placed in front of CMD Sir but he is always believing and losing product quality, wasting money that's why Company loosing mkt share and good employees living job, damage policy is very bad as a FMCG air products
