One man dictate the company. You can't talk with your colleagues. If you found talk with your colleagues then hr will warning you and your talk convert into gossip. If you take lunch same time every day they will ask why you go for lunch at same time for everyday and you don't have any work. No any future planning for sales improvement. All Company staff managers are very good CMD and COO behaviours are also good, Company CMD is very gentleman

Few selfish employees are always misguided to CMD Sir, extra ordinary pictures placed in front of CMD Sir but he is always believing and losing product quality, wasting money that's why Company loosing mkt share and good employees living job, damage policy is very bad as a FMCG air products
