Nothing at all. It's a Fraud company. Hence creating multiple accounts to get rid of real reviews on Google and Ambition box. Please stay away from this company. And those who have been suffering because of this company, please do WRITE REVIEWS and share on relevant platforms.

Despite numerous attempts over the past year to contact them for my final settlements, including my relieving and experience letters, I have received no response. The company seems to be stalling the closure of these matters indefinitely. Employees like Vidya, Sai, Priyanka, Anjali, Himanshi, Anurag, among others, represent the company, yet they have not been helpful. Attempts to reach them through emails, calls, and messages have been ignored, and any responses are typically rude without acknowledging any wrongdoing. Interestingly, they only seem to react when negative comments appear on social media, responding with excuses and deflections. I strongly advise anyone considering employment with this company to reconsider. You may end up without your final pay, necessary documents like a relieving letter or experience certificate, jeopardizing future employment opportunities. This company has proven unreliable, and those with negative experiences and reviews likely represent the true state of affairs. I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
