HR recruiter job is like a field data collection executive,they will compel you to visit different shops and obtain employees data.Its like survey job+recruitment+generalist activities and you will have no time to address employees issues as you will be in field most of the days.Old employees issues regarding PF ESIC are not addressed properly. Saturday is a holiday but we are expected to be available on call for the entire day,the management will even conduct concallseven after 9.30 pm and we should not do other personal works,no time for washing cloths ,spending time with friends and family....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
