Compensation is recent but growth is very slow and job security policy e is very poor. The work pressure is is too much high. Sometimes I have to to work 20-22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend production related calls customer calls and purchase calls in the the evening and sometimes late into the night. The CEO do not value you and individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I was in general administration department my head was Arti Rathod Ma'am she is Assistant manager. She is very kind and supportive personality. And about company is very good, working culture is very nice.

General administration head is very cruel lady ,she gave me disclosure only because of my personal familiar reasons and according to her reference matters more than qualities and qualifications . It was my first job and my experience about my first job is very bad .
