Dislikes

It's 'place' or 'company' over 'people' approach from top guys. Loyalty probably won't be valued with you more likely however long you are part of the journey.

The job security is not there. I got laid off even before Covid. And it was difficult to find another job with same position. The CEO of the organisation is not professional " comes in shorts to office" expects everyone one to be formals. Many of them were laid off during lockdown and suffered too much losses personally where as theorganisation did not have a good forecast to protect their employees. I dint like anything about the organisation. Horrible work culture, horrible incentives, very bad leadership. I see the organisation to worst in the near future....Read More

Politics is never a word here, but it's in everyone's blood. Higher management folks are terrible in people management. Mr Ananth the COO does not have any skills but rather do cost cutting from every employee possible. The work culture and work life balance is horrible.

It’s poorly managed and there is no job security even though they have terrible bond of 4 years. It just depends on them when to fire. Perks are almost nothing. Timings are fixed. No diwali bonus. Lot of work to be done with less resources.
