Extremely poor work like balance, management cares very little and the policies increasingly get worse year on year. As of the past 2 years job security is also an increasingly worrying issue. Managers on power trips are not helping the culture either

If you are a fresher, this is the best place to learn Decision Sciences. Really great resources to learn and get hands on experience. You will be interacting with top level executives from leading companies around the world. The company has a very young demography, and you can feel that energy in office.

Dislikes

Your work life balance highly depends on your team and manager. The company doesn't have a culture that defines itself. Work from home also depends on your teams and manager. The Senior Leadership does not speak up to the CEO when things are not right. The office space is outdated and some areas might feel crammed.

Opportunity to learn is the only benefit you can get for going through hell for 3/4 year bond period

Almost everything starting from culture at team level to leadership and HR policies. It is an anti employees company which hates the well being of their employees. You are forced to do extra work even when you are on leave and threatened to the extent that if the work is not done then they will reject your leaves which will lead to loss of pay *3 for each day. I would recommend people to sit jobless than start working here. With respect to culture, 90% of the employees are overworked. But, if you are lucky you would sometimes get Sunday off.
