The training is really good. We learn different technological stacks and business prospects continuously in Mu Sigma at a good pace.

Dislikes

No work life balance, salary compensation should be better and the 3 years bond system

Work Details

It is really hectic. At least 12-14 hours of work each day. People just count their days of their bond so that they can move out of the company . One has to extend his/her working hours nearly everyday.

Get to learn lot of things.

Dislikes

It’s poorly managed and there is no job security even though they have terrible bond of 4 years. It just depends on them when to fire. Perks are almost nothing. Timings are fixed. No diwali bonus. Lot of work to be done with less resources.
