Steep Learning Curve. It will take you in as a fresher who got hired nowhere due to whatever reason and let you out as a professional who will be sought after by multiple multi-million dollar companies.

Dislikes

You get hired at a cost. At the cost of not having anywhere else to go to anything better to do. You pay that cost throughout your tenure at Mu Sigma. You don't get to live your life as a normal person would. You won't even have money.

No job security. Atmost they fired 1000+ employees in 2023 without giving any projects to them (mostly freshers). Leadership team is worst in MuSigma. Freshers pls don't join here. It will ruin your life. No career improvement.

The learning curve is great, but only if you're motivated enough. The work culture will see a shift since the office reopens on Jan 2022. The prospects of becoming a manager after 3 years at Mu Sigma is something that can't be easily found elsewhere.

Dislikes

Not really an employee friendly company. The availability of projects are less on the data science/data analytics stack. You'd always be expected to work with very minimal input. This might be a problem for freshers since most of the seniors leave right after 3 years when the bond gets over. Current bond structure of 4 years may notbe beneficial/worth it in the long run....Read More

The current project requires bi-weekly client calls and is a data science project. The resources are a little new and hence the progress is slow, python & R are a basic requirement. The project, recognition & all other perks will be given only

Great environment to work in, most people in your team are either your college batch ±3 years including your manager. A lot of scope to learn a lot in a short amount of time. Extremely poor work life balance. Extremely poor compensation. No bonus, no rewards for overtime or for working well or hard( occasional awards excluded here ). Very poor leadership, do not value the employees. No appreciation for good work. You are expected to give over 12 hours on a general basis. You are expected to work on weekends on projects with high work pressure. Such cases are seldom resolved with the clients / leadership.
