The good thing about Mu Sigma is that it provides you with good opportunities quite early in your career. This can and does go wrong at times, especially for the clients owing to the lack of experience of the people. But the training used to be amazing and there were some really good folks who even help others to get better. Sadly, that's not the case anymore....Read More

They have a general tendency to over promise and to fulfill that promise the employee is pressured to the point of breakdown. No concern for employee and even clients are made a fool of by portraying college freshers as industry experts and are often providing low quality solutions. Plus the employee benefits are poor compared to the market and given the falling revenue, job security is no more there</mark>. Add to this hefty one sided contracts that make you feel like bonded labour and force you to pay hefty fines to the likes of 10Lakhs if you want to leave before the contract period....Read More
