While it was Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd, the top management was very good especially the Chairman and MD

It was Kerala based company,now it is MNC but even the Malayalies domination is high,there is high partiality,no promotion and support for the loyal employees,the one who has not worked and showing film will get benefits..
