The CMD and his children are really good in Nature. They are good in talking with every level of employees and good in response.

Unfortunately the Department heads are worst and some of them are greedy to work after the retirement also. They are sadistic, cruel, always looks for the respect, and treat the employee very badly. Dislikes: no growth can be expected from this company.(both professionally or even as a human) the HR department are there for just numbers.. none of the have any skill or proper education or good communication skills, In the name of modernizing the company none of them follow ethics mainly the HR heads. unplanned implementations just to show they are doing something. But it disturbs a person who is actually doing an important task than logging into some app. not even one good knowledge person is assigned to help with it everyone will send you to one or the other person to ruin you time. I would recommend a knowledge test by the CMD to everyone in the HR department from a trainee to the Head of the department in basic communication, excel skills , what basic HR terms actually mean, how to guide the sub ordinates, how to not treat employees like shit and throw your tantrums ...clear communication......Read More
