The Management is open-minded and ready to listen to their employees. I am able to reach out to the anyone irrespective of the timing if there is any need/help from my end. Also I love the fact that I am a part of the team where I am able to work closely with multiple Fortune 500 Clients which is a great learning experience for me as we have strong Global client base. Also I got a chance to travel to my headquarters multiple times. Also regarding our work culture Company believes in strong core values - Collaboration, Will-to-win and many more which is also a big asset of this organization and each employee believes in it and incorporates these values in daily activities which helps to grow in the organization....Read More

HR team needs to conduct some training activities for the employees as well as should arrange some certification course which will motivate the employees to do much better than the current state.

Work Details

Working as a Senior Manager into IT Recruitment. Presently managing almost 10+ team members for both offshore and US Tech Solutions recruitment. Closely work with US team for multiple engagements.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
