The company has good projects, During pandemic also has done well and employees got fair hike. msg globally has good work culture the needs to replicate in India. Job security fairly well could have improved. Work place is attractive. Motivating for externa sports activities. For freshers its good as it provide tremendous learning platform.

Dislikes

The company is fairly doing well. Lots of internal politics. Recognition is not at there. Ego in management team and HR team. HR policies need to improve to meet current trends as per market. Lack of defined process in India but globally followed well. Cultural barrier. Favoritism as per group during appraisal (state/same language). Blame Games. If it improves there is nothing like it.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
