Likes

The local management was biased and not very staff friendly. Politics was rampant and it percolated from the Top. It was a fragmented team which thrived on individual merit of the staff.

Dislikes

It is a horrible Organisation to work for. It was nightmare to me as I could not adjust to the politicking of the Boss.
