Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

At MacCann, the work enviroment is good and adaptable, but there,s one key issue: The lack of a yearly increment. This raises an important question - why should i give my best when the company prioritizes only work output without supporting financial growth? A job is a significant part of my life, and without increments, achieving finacial freedom or maintaining a balanced life becomes challenging. Good salary dont expect anything other than this. :)

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. No appreciations, no bunker rooms available if you need to take rest if in case you are ill. Managers do not value individuals hard work. There are no hygienic restrooms in the company and also chairs are horrible.
