worst experience. i have worked in Bangalore, India branch 1)hr-ta team is behavior is very rigid and give lot of false statement and will not trustable . 2)micro-management and managers are very unprofessional creating there own rules and harassing team member to cut off there work for there own benefits taking advantage of there positions as there is no one to monitor them . 3)HR team is dummy and never responds. 4)good for psychopaths 5)no work life balance Not recommended and will get mental trauma after working in the organisation....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
