Average salary and no perks. Some managers are too toxic, mine was far better but overall culture isn't good from senior managers

Great team work and seniors are very welcoming and helping you. Will get lot to learn and time to learn by yourself to. If want to start a career with MRI Software, go for it. I have best experience till now.

Dislikes

Due to low market in 2023 salary hike was not much but the salary hike has not big gap.

Firstly, micro-management was prevalent throughout the organization, making it challenging to execute tasks independently and stifling creativity. Management's level of engagement appeared to be directly correlated with an employee's compensation package, which created a sense of disparity within the team.
