Less work pressure and management doesn't ask to stay back in office after 7pm.

Dislikes

No appraisal because of internal issues which has nothing to do with employees. Work culture is quite boring because of strictness. Place is more like school to me.

Work life balance is very good but corporate culture is missing. Some people with cheap mentality. No cafeteria, no breakout zone etc. Professional behaviour is missing.

Dislikes

Employer need to work on employee's benefits. Old is gold so management should respect their employees in a professional manner.
