It is good company to work it. Great work culture and flat management structure.

Dislikes

Changing project is really slow process but If you like the tech stack. Everything else is good. Most of their project is in latest stack

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
