Mr Cooper provides great learning opportunities for freshers who are willing to work hard. Providing a week WFH in a month. I liked open door policy here. Job security is there.

Dislikes

Appraisal is poor, salary is low compared to market standards. Night shift allowance is very less compared to other competitors. Benefits are less.

Cooper is a great experience the way the run the business, celebrate every festival, ambiance, i would say everything working at Cooper was fantastic - except the people who are there in (Team leads & Manager) they don't deserve being in that position.

The team leads working in cooper they don't have that maturity they are going back of girls and supporting them this is not at all good. They should have some common sense being in the position as a team leads.

Salary is very less. You are not allowed to have your mobile phone with you, you have to keep your personal belongings in a locker. Shift timing is 6PM to 2AM - this will ruin your health, I lost a lot of weight from loss of appetite. Some team leads are not professional, they force you to participate in team outings, spend money on unnecessary internal fun at work events.
