there is no Work life balance. team has to spend more and more time on deliverables because of incompetency in project requirements. Company taking project without analysing the core competency and later struggling to deliver the project.

promotions Manager support Lack of clarity what employees are doing in project by Managers. No recognition. Managers have to recognize the effort of employees. Existing employees under paid and new joiners are getting good hikes

Now a days they not allow to do work from home ,if the people who are working good and well also they will not allow to do work from home that's why I quit my job ☺️...... In future if u got a opportunity I will not at all miss that one 👍
