- This company has NOT provided hike to employees from past 4yrs and myself didnt get from past 2yrs and my seniors in my team have not got from past 3yrs. they are least bothered to even inform if there will be any hike or not, but ask us to upload self appraisal. - work culture is WORST. Same status needs to be provided in 4-5 meetings which consume almost 60% of the working hours. - Professionalism is ZERO. - They do a mass hire for freshers with 2yrs bond, have 2-3 experts for 200 people project, make them work for 16hrs minimum and then release them at one point. When these freshers are about to complete 2yrs again mass hire for freshers. Anyone resigns, they dont even ask why or what is the issue and they approve it in the portal. - When someone is released, there are calls from HR to attend n they say if u reject any IJP offers for 2/3 times then disciplinary action will be taken. They refer for lower profile(like for Lead or Manager- L5/L5, they refer for L3, L4 band jobs) or they will refer someother city location. who/how one can accept. - Never talk about the timings at the time of hiring. Need to work from morning 11am till 3-4am everyday, - Java background freshers are hired and asked to raise support tickets, what will they do after 2-3 yrs of exp. they can not go out nor they have the skillsets. - i feel bad to write -ve comments/reviews but i am forced to write since i do not want someone to spoil there career. - WORST WORST WORST company i have seen....Read More

No variable pay will be given. We can not take leaves even earned leaves. Need to work on weekends and public holidays also. There is no hikes from last 3 years. If you not working on weekends or public holidays , you will be terminated .

Even after getting very good performance rating, they are not giving variable pay telling some excuses like mandatory learning was completed after the timeline.

Leveraging experienced people is very less and do not bother to strengthen that. Which leads to joblessness for experienced for months together.
