It was a Great opportunity for me to work with them. Honestly I have learned a lot from my seniors and my colleagues. The work culture is good everyone was very supportive. Though people are very competetative as well but according to me it's good to have competetion this way we can learn faster and better. overall experience it was good.

I think the worst thing is the job security. I went through a lot of depressing situation by seeing my colleagues getting fired everyday and then ultimately my turn came as well. It just ruines everything, everyday when you worry more about your job security somewhere we stops thinking creatively, the hunger of creating things and doing something new just vanishes then our creativity lacks.
