Most of the managers and all people above manager are non technical and they does not understand the work that you do or you can do. Everything!!!!! The Managers and HR’s and TL’s most of them are safe players and doesn't want to help their own teammates. Especially in switching team. They are the worst ! They literally have no work life balance, no appraisals or benefits. The office is also unhygienic. They don’t clean well ! They do not concern about employees health issues. They force them to come to office to work even work from home is highly possible if not, they ask indirectly to resign the company or they ask why did you join.
