Everything including salary credit..this company don't even know how to manage the company .. the management is knowledge less. they don't even know L in law...they treat lawyers as peon ...no respect and reputation.

They will tell you in the interview that it's a 5 days working but it is not a 5 days it's 6 days. They are not providing the salary on time. In this organisation there is not fixed salary period. They will deduct your salary 20 percent from your current salary if you are not completing the target. Salary never on time, salary/fund will be used in Share markets, mutual funds, always pressurise employee to resign, They fired the telcalers when there is no demand in calls like in KRPH project , many illegal activities going on, they hire 400-500 employees and took funds from govt. and later fired them and no-one knows that it is money laundering or used in shares, fraud in PF/ESI

Worst experience so far. Toxic work environment. Negative thought process of people with appalling people management skills. No concern about employees whatsoever. No organisational structure. Treatment of call center executives is no less than torture. This list can go on but i dont want to continue writing about it. Just dont join it, ever
