... in the interview that it's a 5 days working but it is not a 5 days it's 6 days. They are not providing the salary on time. In this organisation there is not fixed salary period. They will deduct your salary 20 percent from your current salary if you are not completing the target. This organisation is not giving any leave either if you have any personal problem or anything else. I request please don't work in this organisation.

Salary never on time, salary/fund will be used in Share markets, mutual funds, always pressurise employee to resign, They fired the telcalers when there is no demand in calls like in KRPH project , many illegal activities going on, they hire 400-500 employees and took funds from govt. and later fired them and no-one knows that it is money laundering or used in shares, fraud in PF/ESI

- Salary approx 2 month delay - Huge Micromanagement. - CEO can come from back to check what tabs you have opened in your system - CEO can anytime shout on you and use abusive language for anyone (even for CTO, VP, Managers) - Company owners have no manners to talk to the employees - No one get F&F they keep your hard earned money for 2-3 month at the time you leave.

All seniors left this organization without proper documentation just because of misbehave by CEO and Director. both have NO manners
