I am working here last 1.7 years my experience is very good in this company. friendly nature, we are doing fun activity also every Friday. Managers are very supportive for their team member.

Bad HRs, Bad Management team, bad environment, unhygienic, irritating people all around , no respect and proper place for lawyers to atleast sit and do their work, salary issue , they deduct your salary unnecessarily of almost 2-3 months , they treat their employees like road side workers, they don’t even know how to make appointment letters or any contract, they even terminate u anytime without any reason....Read More

They will tell you in the interview that it's a 5 days working but it is not a 5 days it's 6 days. They are not providing the salary on time. In this organisation there is not fixed salary period. They will deduct your salary 20 percent from your current salary if you are not completing the target. This organisation is not giving any leave either if you have any personal problem or anything else. I request please don't work in this organisation....Read More

Salary never on time, salary/fund will be used in Share markets, mutual funds, always pressurise employee to resign, They fired the telcalers when there is no demand in calls like in KRPH project , many illegal activities going on, they hire 400-500 employees and took funds from govt. and later fired them and no-one knows that it is money laundering or used in shares, fraud in PF/ESI
