In my experience of 5 yrs this is the worst broking firm . You will be paid less compared to the work . It's ok as all the company does . Also there is no job security . They still not giving my salary (worst). There is no 0 star option or else it will be my answer . They will hire you n always tell you that it's not a BPO company . They will bring you trust

Actually i totally disliked the culture . There is just work . No relaxation in between not even a 10 min break . N with this pressure they want target completed . Almost all the member from batch of 40 leaved Motilal Oswal n working in a good environment
