I have worked since last 8 years in motilal oswal company. It was a great journey. There are too many good things i have learned. I have received lots og awards, apperciations and promotions. The Company culture is good. I feel safe in the company. My personal and Professional both lifes are equally balanced.

Managing Teams setting up new processes and successfully handling multiple tasks so i invested in home loans work and i find value.

We are good in digital as compare to another organisation. Seniors give full support whenever employee failed to achieve target Specially MO sir called me when my childrens was hospitalised

Here some where process set required due to so many formats use as own think here no standard format use in any where. Cases documents requirement submit as per our own think not as per the process and as per requirement. Some where compliance not follow and process also. company product policy is very complicated as per affordable housing company . market feedback is also negative related related to business call and file processing . company have very less vintage sales Team . need to focus on this , improve their sales incentive policy . we have very complicated incentive policy as compare to computation company .

Free and friendly atmosphere; well nurtured under the guidance of seniors; All other staffs well supportive and discussed about any issues.

One should allow to take pending mandatory leaves for all; If not allowed then its compensation should be allowed. Switched off policy should be strictly adhere for all functions except month end. Dislikes

Top management has not faith in middle management. Even middle has also not faith in lower management. A manager is not allowed to take decision how to handle his team. Very poor management without any logic, less vintage upper management is there in upper level. Totally unaware of competition. They don't have any plan but try to make happy their boss only.

They have celebrations for multiple occasions. Also there are multiple learning platforms which you can take advantage of to learn and grow.

The work culture is pathetic. There is no work life balance. There is a bit of favouritism and biased decisions made in terms of promotions and increments. There is no job security. It's just that the company is good, however the people running them on different levels are bad.

the ignorance from some HOD's regarding employees performance ....if some branches performance then required some positive wibs ..but due to the region not perform very well & perform the one of cluster & his branch then no can take positive on this or speak on this ..

Nothing Bad Company to work. They took 24hr of employees and in return of that work they gives lollipop of ESOPS Bonus Increment. Don’t join this company your life gone be hell. HODs are pathetic never take stand for there joiners. I joined as a Credit guy but we have to handle all the stuff credit operation customer services OTC PDD collection bucket Collection Ckyc all the stuff. Senior management The people are good And here a lot of teachers also focus a lot on giving knowledge to the employees, this is a very good work here.

MP level officials do not support and guide properly and the incentive structure here is low and they always make us feel that there is no job security.
