There are no pros, except timely salary which itself is not a pros.

No wfh even in pandemic. No increment on time. Poor appraisal. They hire from campus, give support project without knowing your skills. No extra benefits. Please dont join this organisation if you are talented. No transport, no gym, no team outing, no party, no gifts, no awards, no trainings, no growth, nothing to make you happy.

being part of Motherson group, most of the policies are like manufacturing companies. I dont like anything about this company except its infrastructure.your take home is just like chillar and variable never come on time.They pay you variable 6 or 7 months late.

The work culture is worst,they never valued your personel life.Always make you sit for atleast 10 hrs daily then call for saturdays also.no componsesation for saturdays.on appraisel they give you silly excuses and not increase much salary.
