There are no pros, except timely salary which itself is not a pros.

Dislikes

No wfh even in pandemic. No increment on time. Poor appraisal. They hire from campus, give support project without knowing your skills. No extra benefits. Please dont join this organisation if you are talented. No transport, no gym, no team outing, no party, no gifts, no awards, no trainings, no growth, nothing to make you happy.

being part of Motherson group, most of the policies are like manufacturing companies. Work life balance is fine. There is no project deadlines issue frequently. They actually don't have any major clients. Mostly within the motherson group and so it doesn't really matter if you don't deliver on time.

Dislikes

No skill developement at all. People working there from last 5-7+ years will play with your work politically. Noone will actually give any importance to your concerns. They are living in 90s in terms of technology and that CMMI level 5 thing, just ignore it, its only to grab attention nothing else.
