Work culture, Company life, Team mate everything is worst. Your seniors will give you a work without telling you how to do it, it doesn’t mean to them that you know it or not you just have to do it. India’s official political leaders will fail in Motherson because these guys knows much more and better politics. I was forced to resign from my post By these excellent politicians. They are expert of Taping on Wiring harness only after that they don’t know a single technical term. If you ever try to correct them, all these fools come together to beat you with experience in foolishness. If you want to get some revenge from someone you can just send that person to Motherson. They will just full-fill your dream of taking a revenge you will see that person dying everyday. These people don’t care about health family and your any personal issue they just want you to come office before time and don’t let leave you after your working hours + 4-5hrs extra. If any of the guy is belongs to technical field I recommend you don’t go there they give you a fair amount or expected salary but you will regret everyday for joining Motherson.
