Job security is the only thing you can find here.

Dislikes

Work pressure is horrible and you cannot balance your personal life. Taking 2 to 3 members work with one person. Not providing man power on time. Working 16 hours in a day is terrible. Sometimes mentally torture. No peace. Lots of politics happening in between. No proper training, guidance and not even single support expect from your seniors. Single handedly we have to die. Canteen food is totally wrost. If any goes wrong then all the blame you have to face alone. Many people are resigning the job here. Around 80% to 90%.
