One thing i like in motherson is job security, secondly i have learned alot from mothersom that to control over your mind even in harsh condition or this company taught the mental stability that is one the inportant aspect to stay in todays market

Employee growth was very poor. Sometimes we have to work for 14-15 hrs. No motivation was provided to the employee so that they perform mych better in there future in motherson

My work is slightly challanging. When i join motherson, i just usually sit and doing lux level montoring and slowly slowly targets for me were increasing day by day and that was very good thing. Working at motherson was not really easy.
