Company's culture of ugly politics in which no body takes the responsibility and decisions. Employment welfare is utmost poor and no room for innovative minds . Although it's a multinational company but it still follow old methodology of getting outputs on time no matter how, at what cost and of what quality.

Our seniors and top management are good for nothing.. Politics is at its peak, promotions and increments are given to undeserving people.. in short to those who knows how to do buttering.. In our international business department there have been 7 resignations in last 7 months.. there is very bad reputation in the market..

Company culture is getting worse day by day. You can not talk to your friends or colleagues, management wants you to work only. During pandemic they pushed employees to come office. They pushes employees for late sitting of 2-3 hours. Some people uses offensive and abusive language to their subordinates.

Work pressure is huge without any motivation. Late sitting with six days working is very hectic. People with deputy manager and below have to handle high pressure.
