The company is open to innovation and redily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that my colleague are from different background but we work with collaboration

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.work pressure is high.sometimes I have to work 14-16 hrs straight in a day

Work Details

Generally my work is changing,I have to look after the production and meet demand of costumer . And working for 14-16 hrs hoping that someday I will be recognized for this,but it's ok as long as I get to work closely with the client it is great experience

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
