The best part is job security, no one can terminate you until unless you involved in some thing very seriously.

Dislikes

The worst part is only there are a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Top management manipulate all the things, no one care about practical problems. Notice period is 3 months. Work life balance is too poor, unofficial working hours is 10 to 12 hours.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Best company by heart, but poor work culture as driven by people who got job by source , as they do not work & create pressure on others

Dislikes

Politics as in all company, main draw back is that if you have high source/link with top management no need to work & get easy growth also. Late sitting culture
