The school provided me ample opportunities of taking on challenges, growth and achievements. The fast paced culture thrills you and hence provides you an inner satisfaction if achieved and a passion to achieve more on day to day basis. As an incharge of various diversified departments, it was really over achieving some times. the corporate way of working, giving department wise reporting, on going trainings, meeting targets leaves you satisfied in the end of the month, once you are properly incentivised as well.
