What to life balance is there and job security is quite strong. Product quality is quite good.

Dislikes

Availability of the stocks is a big issue. Some times Management decisions are very late which hampers the market work. Slow thinking, poor growth structure. Need to be more aggressive on the market.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
