People give more than 200% or are given that much work that they give their day night to complete the task

They don't hire manual testers , testers are hired less than other companies being a product based . Work load is too much being a product company and situation in lockdown you can understand how people in product based would have . People are not fired or terminated but are asked to drop by themselves if they weren't able to meet their expectations.
