As mentioned above the organization is expanding really fast which is good, however it is creating work pressure on support functions like Human Resources. Due to lack of defined process the manual work increases and results into prolonged working hours. We see a lot employee growth in Business's across however the Talent acquisition team doesn't enjoy this benefit.

The company has a great culture, people are treated with respect. Employees are given time to perform if they are struggling. The office has a very flexible time schedule and work hours. As long as the work gets done no one will interfere with when you login or log out. Promotions are dependent on business growth. However, the promotion hikes are barely 20%.

The team with product consulting mixes 3 jobs into one role and is severely overworked with no proper sick leaves and sick leaves being considered as unplanned which affect your KPIs if more than 3 in a month.
