While I encountered several challenges when I first joined, I gradually adapted and gained substantial knowledge. Collaborating with the Indian team from the UK presented timing difficulties, yet my overall experience has been very positive. Recently, however, I noticed my team leader engaging in office politics, which has affected team dynamics. This has prompted me to decide to leave the company on a positive note. I rate Moris Media 4 out of 5, as some changes in management are necessary. Nevertheless, the support for learning and the flexibility provided are unparalleled.
