Recently, however, I noticed my team leader engaging in office politics, which has affected team dynamics. This has prompted me to decide to leave the company on a positive note. I rate Moris Media 4 out of 5, as some changes in management are necessary. Nevertheless, the support for learning and the flexibility provided are unparalleled. The CEO is strict, especially with those seeking survival jobs, but his support is unmatched, and I sincerely appreciate his guidance.
