Team environment is good. Perks you get are good. Hybrid working so can manage your personal/ professional time accordingly.

Dislikes

Job Security zero. They can ask you to leave any day, just one call you get that your position got impacted and boom you are out. No system access will be available right after the call. No good projects, Managers will show that they care for you, and they are with you. But nope they are not helpful at all. Even if you have concerns and you discussed these concerns with you managers, there is no use of it. The job security is extremely good. Also, the work culture and company policy is good. The appraisals are fair and the management is very supportive and transparent.

Dislikes

The home drop facility provided is good, however, there is a need of little improvement with regards to the clubbing and the buffer time given which delays the home drop. The buffer time should be discontinued and clubbing should be done for the same location only.

The job is very interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning of my career. But I learnt from my mistakes and through extra training provided by my peers, thanks to my managers which helped me build my career and growth.

Company policies are good. E.g. You get 90 days paid sick leave per year. Leave encashment is on total salary and not just base salary.

Dislikes

1. No job security. They may ask you to resign at any point of time irrespective of your performance. 2. Most of the time the efforts don’t get recognised by the management. 3. Most of the decisions related to promotion or appraisal are taken by US counterparts who may not have a detailed insight of the individual’s contribution.
