1. Worse working culture 2. Just playing bad politics. 3. No respect for the employees. 4. No monetary growth. 5. In last 6 months all the experienced employees leave the company and only trainees were left because of company worse working condition. 6. In terms of incentives their is no policy. 7. Employees need to fight for the salary. 8. Company wants 200% efforts from the employee but in terms of monetary growth their is nothing. 9. Working culture is bad There is no hierarchy followed Never got incentive Owner is very greedy he keeps on increasing your target every month but will not increase salary Set very high targets that are impossible to achieve in a month e.g. 35 this month by individual. And if you give even 20 lakh he will scold and scream on you andwon't give the incentive. In short you won't get any incentive. The owner is not a man of words.
