HR, policy and clarity on time salary sharing collective helplessness with other colleagues

No proper guidance or training, asks to do things which even they can't pushing us or someone above us to cover in capabilities everyone know manager works only for time pass, one time in a week or month she micromanages us to a point of very high irritation with egoistic talks, threat to fire and complete negativity people are scare of getting fired otherwise it is a very disrespectful atmosphere everyone knows who is capable and who is not, some people only bulls**t their way...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
